Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
We do not provide refunds if you have a change of heart or if you do not like the item once delivered. Refunds will only be processed if the items received are damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@valeriostyles.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) were received damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original form of payment.
